By accessing or using Pollinate Trading, the Daily Brief, member dashboards, the members-only Slack channel, or related emails and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Pollinate Trading provides model information for a five-strategy portfolio, intraday algorithmic signals through the members-only Slack channel, market analysis, educational content, and related dashboard tools. The service is informational and educational and does not constitute individualized investment advice.
3. No Financial Advice
We are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or external platforms such as Collective2 where applicable. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan. You may cancel according to the rules shown at checkout or in your account dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute paid signal content, resell access, share account credentials, scrape restricted dashboards, or use the service in a way that harms Pollinate Trading or other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, copy, analysis, software, and branding associated with Pollinate Trading are our intellectual property unless otherwise noted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Trading involves substantial risk of loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pollinate Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, trading losses, or losses resulting from reliance on the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
